I had an amazing experience with 3D Auto body and repair shop in Oakland. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and extremely attentive. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all my questions and calls even making sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. The quality of the work was absolutely top-tier — my car came out looking brand new, like nothing ever happened. The attention to detail was impressive, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do and with helping their community members stay on the road in a safe way. If you’re in the Bay Area looking for an auto body shop that delivers excellent results, great communication, and true customer service, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need body work again!

After a recent accident, I took my car to 3D Auto Body & Repair Shop, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. The damage to the body was pretty significant, but they handled the repairs flawlessly. The body work is absolutely seamless, and the paint job perfectly matches the original color even better — you’d never know the car had been in an accident. From the moment I walked in, Getu ( the owner) was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and sending pictures of what was going to be fixed each day. It’s rare to find a shop that does such high-quality work and also treats customers with real care and respect. I highly recommend 3D Auto Body & Repair Shop to anyone needing collision repairs, body work, or paint — they truly went above and beyond.

I'm so fortunate to have met Getu! He sourced a used mirror and painted it to match our car, neatly and quickly. The shop has a lift, a sealed vented paint room, and everything Getu needs so he can get you back on the road, in style.

I've received service at 3D Auto twice, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I had an issue with noisy brakes, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The second time, I had a flat tire that was also damaged, and they not only replaced the tire and broken sensor but also arranged a tow truck for me when I couldn’t drive the car in — all at a reasonable price. The repair shop is clean, well-organized, and the customer care is excellent. I highly recommend 3D Auto for reliable and reasonably priced car repair.

I cannot recommend 3D Auto Body & Repair Shop highly enough. What began as an incredibly stressful weekend—accidentally hitting my neighbor’s car—turned into an experience filled with relief, gratitude, and even a sense of community, thanks to this amazing shop. I had to get both my car and my neighbor’s car fixed, which is no small ask—especially on a tight timeline and with only one vehicle for our family, which we depend on daily for things like getting my daughter to school. I found this shop simply by driving by and popping in, but from the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like family. Getu, the owner, was an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to locate hard-to-find parts, got my neighbor’s car fixed the same day (a Saturday!), and helped me navigate what was otherwise an overwhelming situation. By Monday, he had sourced the part for my car and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. As a woman, it’s all too common to fear being taken advantage of at auto shops—overpaying, getting upsold, or simply not being taken seriously. That never happened here. I was met with kindness, integrity, and genuine care every step of the way. If you’re looking for a
